MEET THE CHEF

Dewi started her working life as a hot kitchen casual worker at Grand Hyatt Bali, all the while cooking furiously for friends and family, honing her skills in the kitchen but life has took her to different direction; She then embarked on a 8 plus-year career in pastry kitchen that began at Ritz Carlton Dubai then Fairmont Abu Dhabi, La Cigale Doha-Qatar, and last but not least was at Skycity Auckland.

Born and grew up in Indonesia,  Dewi has inherited that deep love and understanding of Indonesian food and its place in the family.
